Order Cancellation Before Shipment 
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. 
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 


Orders Already Shipped 
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 


Order Modification 
We do not offer changes to items or shipping details once an order has been placed. If eligible, you may cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
