Shipping Locations 
We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 


Processing Time 
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details. 


Delivery Timeline 
Standard delivery typically takes between 3–8 business days after dispatch, ensuring timely receipt of your order. 


Failed Delivery Attempts 
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery. 


Damaged or Lost Shipments 
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. 
In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
